When we decided to create our Hotel Canino, we did it thinking in the best way that can be given to a dog that is momentarily away from his house and his owners. We knew that he should avoid being too surprised, bored or depressed …
The idea was then, to provide him with a comfortable and safe place, which is also attractive and interesting to spend his vacation days, until the moment he return home.

Everything we do at Pets`Paradise is thought from the dog’s point of view to give them everything they like, need or amuse. We are proud to take our time to meet each individual guest, find out what he likes and dislikes, so we can fill their needs.

ADVANTAGES

We turn in you and your dog all our experience and knowledge looking for a common denominator: your satisfaction; Because we know that your dog is not just one more, but rather, it is a member of the house.

We have staff 24/7 and each dog will receive professional and personalized treatment. Since we have a veterinarian, veterinary supervision is provided all the time while they are in our hotel.

During your dog’s stay in our hotel, he will have his own room. This will give him a personal space where he can rest, sleep and eat peacefully, without having to worry about possible bullying, stolen food or excess energy from other guests. A private room and hours of outdoor group play, provide the perfect combination for a placid stay in our hotel.

In addition, to stay in line with our Holistic philosophy and vision, our lodging price includes natural food with our BARF, chicken, buffalo and/or Trout type diet. Of course, you can bring his preferred food if you wish.

The hygiene and health of your pets are another of our major approaches. For this reason the rooms are disinfected every day and we have strict control of pests such as fleas and ticks. We must emphasize that as an entry requirement; every guest staying in our facility should come free of parasites (internal and external) as well as be free of infectious diseases – with vaccines and papers per day.

Guests staying more than a week at Pets Paradise will be provided with free basic grooming services so that when they return to their homes they can even sleep in bed with their parents.

Our hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. From Monday to Sunday, including holidays. Make sure you book early, as we have limited spaces.

OUR ROOMS

The rooms that house our guests are individual and have an exclusive and spacious design that ranges from 15 to 25 square meters.

Each room has ample interior and exterior space, always impeccably clean, under high ceilings and raised from the ground to give them good thermal insulation and good ventilation.

We have ample green areas where our guests go out to enjoy outdoor games, for which groups of the same qualities or characters are created, in this way your dogs can always be having fun as their playmates; Under the supervision of our team of professionals.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

At the moment of receiving your dogs, we will talk about their character and tastes to get to know them better: each owner is the one who knows best what their pet will enjoy more, so we ask you to fill out our entry form, where we can capture all this information.

As health is one of our pillars, every guest who enters our facilities must have:
• their daily vaccines (Parvovirus, Distemper, Leptospira, Parainfluenza, Coronavirus, Hepatitis, Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough) and Giardia).
• their deworming of oral medication and its anti-flea and tick treatment (pipette) of not more than 7 days.
• their Virbac brand anti-tick collar.

Thinking about the comfort of your dogs and making them feel at home, we suggests to the owners to bring:
• their own bed,
• their favorite prizes (biting bones and cookies)
• as well as a normal nylon or leather collar, we do not accept necklaces of hangers or spikes or chain
